Reclaimed Water Reuse Presentation and Discussion: Dave Moss, Spokane County Water Utilities, will present County plans. HARSB, City of Coeur d’Alene, City of Post Falls, LLSWD, City of Spokane RPWRF and NKWSD are invited to discuss reclaimed water reuse options for implementation by the respective facilities. Below is a link, provided by Rob Lindsay, to the Reclaimed Water Use Study completed by Spokane County in June 2009.
