  • Ice Age: Who You Callin' Extinct? by Judy Katschke
  • K-12 Children's Books A listing of books related to pollution, many on water topics. All books list appropriate grade level.
  • The Magic School Bus at the Waterworks by Joanna Cole (Scholastic; 1993; $4.99). Hop on the bus to learn how cities and towns clean their water. (You can also get this book in Spanish.) (Ages 4-8)
  • The Magic School Bus: Wet All Over, by Joanna Cole. Water cycle. (Grades K-4)
  • The Water’s Journey, by Eleonore Schmid. Descriptive text/pictures describe the water cycle in our everyday lives. (Grades K-3)
  • Water, Water Everywhere, by Mark J. Rauzon & Cynthia Overbeck Bix. Introduces the forms and properties of water and the vital role water plays in the life of the planet. (Grades K-4)

Water Education Posters - Posters are available in color or black and white. The reverse sides of the color posters contain educational activities: one version for children in grades 3-5 and the other with activities for children in grades 6-8. The black-and-white posters are intended for coloring by children in grades K-5.
