 1)      Visits to Individual Districts – 5 remaining

2)      Washington Water Weeks – Aquifer tour @ Upriver Dam & Sullivan Park on September 30, 2000.  Poster and literature will include SAJB logo

3)      Geologic Hazards Tour – sponsored by DNR – Geology Earth Resources, Spokane County Conservation District and NRCS (formerly Soil Survey) – includes using geology and soils maps to evaluate potential hazards for development and looks at soil features that restrict downward movement of water.  Contact Eva Muller at SCS 535-7274

4)      Green Zone Poster – affiliated with County Conservation District and Cooperative Extension, creation of a Water Quality poster for display at a variety of venues, will include aquifer and wellhead protection information

5)      Valleyfest – deadline to submit application for table/booth space is August 26th;  Event is Sept. 9 @ Terrace View Park

6)      Safe Water Coalition of WA – review of anti-fluoridation literature

7)      City – County Building Permits – request to be informed of land use/building permit application requests for mining, landfill, septic, and USTs

8)      Waste-to-Energy Tour – existing educational information to include aquifer/wellhead protection messages

9)      Business cards and letterhead – all 21 Districts + Wellhead Protection Program contact phone# included on new letterhead

10)  WSU Cooperative Extension – Advanced Master Gardener Training Conference – “The Future is Water”, Wenatchee, October 6-8
