    • ProActive Business – Ecology progress report on business visits available at meeting
    • Potential Contaminant Source Inventory – wrapping up meta data portion of contract
    • Household Contaminant Disposal – draft budget to present
    • Education & Awareness – draft budget to present; Virtual Field Trip (VFT) project progressing see the draft at www.field-trips.org/sci/aquifer; new tv, radio spots and print ad in production for launch late January; focus on establishing direct teacher contacts to market VFT and Aqua Duck performance
    • Emergency Planning – Water Quality Emergency Coordination questionnaire: Thank you to those who have completed it, all others, please complete!!

b) Ecology revising Underground Injection Well regulations – Bill Rickard to report

c)   Reminder:  Comments on County Critical Areas Ordinance due NOW.  This will guide future development over the Aquifer

d)  Cost of generic door hangars for emergency events, color card stock:

e) Spokane Youth Environmental Conference, May 2003 – request for SAJB sponsorship – concluded venue is for students to display their projects rather than take in external information. SAJB committed to providing decals and refrigerator magnets to the expected 250 participants, and to providing assistance to any student preparing a project.

f)  Watershed Resource Inventory Analysis WRIA – next meeting December 18th

g)  Washington Citizens Advisory Committee – no news

h)  Annual Groundwater Foundation Conference highlights emailed with agenda and available as handout at meeting
