The Spokane River Instream Flow rule web page has been updated with a link to a copy of the May 27, 2016 Petition for Declaratory Judgment and Judicial Review of Agency Action and an Administrative Rule regarding the Spokane River instream flow rule adopted in January of 2015.

CELP John Osborn May 30, 2016 – Spokane – Advocates for the Spokane River are asking Gov. Jay Inslee to grant their petition for protecting all instream values of the Spokane River, including recreational boating opportunities. This is the next step in the citizens’ quest to protect Spokane River flows. A petition was filed in February with the Washington Department of Ecology (Ecology), and rejected by the agency in April.
